Sir, I am working in aluco panels Ltd company last 4 .5 years. my salary is 21000/- the full cheque amount is credited but they are not deduct my provident fund. Please advise what can I do.
I am not member of Pf from Doj..company not deducting pf. Is this is not mandatory to deduct pf as per Company law. Company not signed any documents from me.
