can a compnay revive itself when a official liquidator has been appointed . can it still give a scheme and revive itself . ?

please give case laws also. urgently

company can not give any scheme once liquidator is appointed till the time liquidation is complete

if a company is given Revival Scheme under Liqudiation by court but saying Asset can be Attached by Liquidator , cannot be sale.

Now in this situation how can we provide Revival Scheme when asset are attached please provide any supreme court ruling.
