I have Query about vehicle seizing. I have commercial TATA 1212 LPT vehicle and chasis is fully finance by Tata Finance Pvt Ltd. It has 59 month due program and I finished 12 months due; but from the april and current month dues are pending. The Tata finance agents pressure me to pay the last month pending due or we will seize the vehicle with local police protection; but I said I will pay the due before last date of this month and still they refuse and try to seize my vehicle. Now what can I do? Kindly give me a suggestions.
