I own a shop at Vartak Nagar, Thane (W) and would like to give it on rent. I have a interested tennat and he wants to us to do atleast 5 years agreement. Is there any issue with it? Anything I should take care of?

you and the tenant shall execute a lease deed for a term of five (5) years for a monthly rent of Rs............/- mentioning the terms and conditions as both of you decided and the lease deed shall be registered in the SRO concerned.
