my father had taken a shop on lease from muslim family in 1944 ,now he is expired , the property belongs family wakf of muslim family . Mutwali claim to be owner of the property though thier family members are in other states as well as migrated to pakistan.
Now he has file suit under bonafide use under delhi rent control act.
