hello friends,
my father had purchased a commercial property on pagdi system . now he does not want to continue his business and want to give the propert on rent.
is it posible to give on rent to the other party?
am i concern with the landlord?
can landlord create problem while giving on rent?

Please clarify if Pagdi is a kind of deposit. I believe that it is actually a deposit.

we have paid amt for the commercial place.when we get into selling the area , the landlord will demand 1/3 of sales amt.

In Andhra Pradesh, pagdi is a type of deposit with certain period.

we have given cash to the landlord. in mumbai there are many buildings on pagdi system.you can say45%.
