Land dispute is going on in HC . Its patta land i am in posssion for last 40 years( purchaed from a pattedar through registration and got the mutation done in the year 1971). Now the State claims this land as Governament land, i got the status ( i am in possesion) quoe from HIgh Court. Can i use this land for colletral security for raising loan for my business, from the Bank. Will bank accept this as Colletral security / purposes.
