This is in reference to the Consumer Court Case filed by Housing Society against Builder.
1. The case was filed in Jan 2008. The case was won by Society in District Forum in Sep 2009. The court ordered a compensation of Rs 16 lacs + interest on deficiency of services. Recovery Certificate for compensation was received in Feb 2010. The builder did not appear. Neither did he paid the compensation as ordered. Application of execution of order and attachment of Builders assets was subsequently filed. Execution Order for attachment of builders flat at Veera Desai Road was passed in March 2011.
2. The forum has send Recovery Certificate to Collectors Office for attachment of property and initiating the recovery. It has been 16 months but no action is being taken by the collector office.
3. We need someone who has contacts in the collector office to get the recovery initiated and materialized. The recovery fees is approx 16 lacs + interest.
