Dear Concern,
I want to open a coaching centre in Hoshiarpur (Punjab - India) on a small scale with approx 15-20 students taking care by 2-3 teachers for all subjects from class 5th to M.Com; computer basics; personality development.
Kindly let me know about the legal formalities for the same, if any, as per Punjab govt or Indian govt law.
