If the due date of the maintenance bill of a Co. Op. Hsg. Society falls on a Sunday (RBI NEFT Holiday), and the bank thus transfers funds through NEFT on the next working day, i.e. Monday, is the Co. Op. Housing Society correct in charging late payment interest?
