Hi
This is Janardhana Reddy from Hyderabad. I purchased a flat in gated community.
In our sale deed it is mentioned that builder has the right to sell the commercial facilities(gym, super market etc..) of club house.
Does the builder has the authority to sell the facilities as the total land of venture is allocated to all flat owners ?
Please answer this.

the services are provided to the residents on payment of charges. The bldr cannot sell those facilities. He has no right to sell. After formation of welfare Asociation the bldr has to handover the facilities to the Association and they will maintain by collecting some amount from the residents.
