Clinic in residential house

Dear Sir,

We have started a dental clinic in a residential house. It is an independent house apart from other buildings in the society. Hence there is no question of any nuisance being caused to other society members. The society has allowed us to start the clinic, however they are charging maintainance as per commercial rates (approx 7 times of residential rates , even though no additional facilities are being provided. I feel that since a dental clinic is allowed in a residential area, the maintainance charges should also be as per residential rates, which others are paying.

Kindly advice.
