In a civil partition case The plaitiff advocate appears in the first hearing and not on,subsequent hearing .The plaintiff did not appear .The defendents did not appear on all hearings.The D1 Advocate has replied against legal notice during the courtThe case has come up for hearing now after 5 years.The advocate is away from this country.No juniors. Because the plaintiff is not appeared Defendants not appeared,plaintiff advocate appeared once The court has passed orders as exparte,clarrify how the court will act. The Will is registered and probated during 2004 .Both parties enjoying their share .since 1995 The dispute is interpretation of will.
