Clarrification

The name ofa owner is differant say Kuppaiya in aadhar card but the thasildar issues legal heir certificate as kuppan alias kuppaiya pattas are transfered which was in the name of kuppan who died about 20 years back His family members were not aware of this ownership There is no parent document either with the heirs of the deceased kuppan and kuppaiya gets the property transfered without document based on legal heir certifucate and out dated patta or patta in the name of the dead
