In a civil suit for title earlier the court adjourned on DWS for 3 or 4 times and then 4 tines in the name of marking Documents then now for petition The hearing and cross exam on petitioner was over.These adjournments are for the respondents
what is this petition .How long the court can permir such things,The respondent has no dicumentory evidence in support of his claim ,His defence is on voral about 16 years back
the matter is in munsiff court ,kindly claruffy what is the re medy

represented by a Advocate but not communicative His reply is donot worry
