Clarification on grandsons claim towards grandfathers propty

Dear Experts,

My grand father had some lands on his name which was purchased by him. He had three sons and without settling the property among the sons, he passed away long back. Out of the three sons, only first son is alive and the remaining two sons are no more. After a long time, first son and wife of second son sold the above said properties without informing the family of deceased third son.

Now can the deceased family of third son claim the property of grand father? If so, what should be done? Any help on this would be highly appreciable to proceed further.

yes they can claim share in that, the deceased third sons family can con test the sale deed executed  by these two people, by calling it  null and void, first u have to collect all the necessary documents to file this suit.,along with the declaration for calling it null and void, they(third sons family) can file a suit for partition.
