Clarification

Sir, I need one general clarification,If the husband filed the divorce petition against his wife, his wife didn't attend the hearing then court will pass the exparte divorce, incase of his wife is employed in a private concern, her husband need to pay all the amount to spend for court expenditure.then what will happend for this situation,Is the wife need to pay the amount to him? In this case both are lived only 4 months and they have no children.

Generally in the exparte decree there will be costs awarded towards the litigation expenses. If the wife is employed she is not entitled to claim maintenance amount from the husband but if her income is not sufficient to maintain herself as per the status of her husband, she still can claim maintenance.
