Claming the property from the tenant or leasee

i have a property which is on rent from past 15years to a tenant, without any documents or rent agreement

and now i want the property to be empty but the tenant says he needs 3years to windup,

i cannot give him more then 1year.

Is there a way i can file a case or force the tenant  to leave the property in 1year of time?

Also can do a rent agreement from this year?
