Claims

Husband  & wife staying seperately for 2 yrs though telephonic communication is still going on. No cases have been filed by either parties . No police complaints have been lodged. Husband working in a Govt. of India Undertaking. The problem is as they are staying seperately  the wife is using her fathers surname. She is not using her husband surname. She dont have any single official document where her husbands surname is mentioned.  The only official document is the marriage registration certificate.  Wife having her Voter ID card and Passport  which shows her surname as her fathers surname as those documents have been made by her before marriage.

Q :  THE HUSBAND HAVE NOMINATED HIS WIFE IN HIS PF, GRATUITY AND PENSION. IN THE EVENT OF THE HUSBAND DEATH BEFORE HIS RETIREMENT OR EVEN AFTER HIS RETIREMENT  WILL THERE BE ANY PROBLEM FOR THE WIFE TO CALIM HER HUSBAND SETTLMENT DUES. THE HUSBAND HAVE NAMED HIS WIFE AS HIS WIFE MATRIMONIAL SURNAME AND NOT HER FATHER SURNAME. AS  THE SURNAME OF WIFE IS NOT MATCHING WILL THERE BE ANY PROBLEM FOR THE WIFE TO CLAIM THE SETTLEMENT DUES OF HER HUSBAND IN THE EVENT OF HER HUSBAND DEATH. WHATS THE OTHER OPTION LEFT.
