In a case where land is acquired under LA Act. , but amount taken by elder under protest and claim petition is filed in the year 1982; furthur persuation is not done . Recently i applied for the documents, and i am surprised and fond that even awarded amount is not paid fully { only part amount excluding the interest accured only paid} . Can you suggest me, is it possible to revive the case and get the enhanced compensation; As, 1) as my elder taken the compensation under protest, 2) Petition is submitted under sec. 18 of the LA Act.as erly as in the year 1982 immediatly after taking the amount , 3) Only part of the Awarded amount is payed . This pertains to earst while Andhra Pradesh now in Telangana, Hyderabad.
