I withdraw my civil case from high court can applicable to file same case at high court or suprim court

unless you furnish the grounds or reasons for withdrwal it is very difficult to give correct advice.

Please note i with draw my civil case from high court with leberty of afresh than can applicable for file same case at high court or supreme court
