District court (Tis harzari) has given the order, which was made against us. Can u confirm it was final judgement ? or we should wait for final judgement to appeal in the higher court ?

If it is a order on INTERLOCUTORY APPLICATION, u can go for set aside petition, if it is final decree then u have to go for appeal. this is for civil case, in case of criminal court u have to go for appeal.
