Civil case jurisdiction

Respected Sir.

I had  a property in panchkula and my banks are in chandigarh my grandmother has filed a civil suit in chandigarh regarding hindu sucession act.... Now the problem here is about jurisdiction of case as imovable property is in panchkula and banks are in  chandigarh .

The District court judge  is not willing to dismiss the case due to jurisdiction issue.

So can i move to high court regarding this issues...  or any judment regarding such matter

You should go to the higher court. Where the property is situated has the apporopriate jurisdiction.
