Circulars of SEBI

1.it is compulsory made by the SEBI to have Triparte Agreement since jan 2005.

2.those account who opened before circular come obviously does not have triparte agreement and did not executed / updated even after date of circular.

3. under such circumstances, these accounts can be excused from such rules since it was opened before circular come.
