We can approach the CIC through a simple application under section 19(3) of the act
no need to attach postal order
application of RTI, reply of CPIO, FAA, decision of FAA and any other, which is necessary
after decision of FAA only 45 days
you can send your appeal through speed or registered post to CIC
CIC allot a dairy no. and you can approach for the same
