Sir,
My name appeared in CIBIL report.
There was a settlement of my credit card in 2009.
But the name is still there. When I approached a bank for personal loan they rejected stating that by CIBIL points are very low.
Upto how many years my name will be in CIBIL list.
Is this for long time or any specific period is there
Please advise me
