Property if it is self earned, she can give it to anyone she wishes.

Property if ancestral, and she dies interstate, it devolves in the heirs equally.

If she writes a will, it should be registered.  It will go as per will.

However, if anybody has any dispute with will, they can approach court of law and all can go in single auto to court till they die and share auto charge.

If no heirs or kith or kin, then property goes to government.

Love all, peace.

If a christian lady having two -properties as  in this case dies intestate the property will be distributed equally among all her heirs. If she has no heirs the prioperty will go to the government.

Thank you sir for your valuable opinion. Sir if it is a self acquired property after she dies how is it given.
