Child custody

MY WIFE FILLED 498A, 34, 506, 3/4 CASE AGAINST ME AND MY FAMILY MEMBER AND NOT PRESENT IN COURT FROM LAST 1.5 YEAR.HER INTENTION IS ONLY TO HARRAS ME AND MY FAMILY. CAN I FILLE A CUSTODY CASE OF MY CHILD TO HARRAS HER BECAUSE SHE BELONG TO OTHER CITY. PL ADVICE THANKS IN ADVANCE

Please dont drag the child into legal issue's as it may affect the child psychologically. if you are really interested to have your child's custody just because you love him you can file a child custody case under gwa act.for that the child got to be more than five years of age.the child wish will also be taken into account

Age of My child is 2 year and my wife lives in bhopal and i live in indore, all cases are running in bhopal only section 9 case which is filled by me run in indore.

can i file custody case in indore ?
