I have misplaced my cheque books some others from my car in some parking place in the Delhi.
I have complained to the police regarding missing cheques , and stopped entire series of cheque books.
Yes I am sure there may be some already issued cheques and some self cheques or some signed and crossed cheques .
Now after one month somebody has presented the cheque , Can this cover under the 138 if entire cheques series was stopped and a police file has been complained immediately.
