Cheque mentioned in registry got bounced

Sir, I sold my land the buyer promised to pay half money in cash and half through cheque but when I placed the cheque in bank for clearance the buyer stopped the payment That cheque no.is mentioned in the registry as well but now he is refusing to pay Plz help

You would be benifited Just file cancelation deed in sub registrar The sale deed will be canceled

you can opt any or all of these:

1. Get the deed cancelled

2. FIR for cheating 

3. proceeding u/s 138 N. I. Act

4. Recovery suit
