Cheque bounced without any proper reason.

What can I do if someone make my cheque bounced without any proper reason? Can I file a case against that person who make my cheque bounced?

1) There are 48 reasons by which cheque is nounce. u have not mentioned the fact hence unable to give proper guidance.
