Cheating in marriges

Normaly in an arranged marriage , both boy’s and girl’s family discuss and agree for the marriage. After marriage either boy’s or girl’s family found that there is some cheating by hiding the mental decease of the girl or boy as the case may be, is it possible to file case against the parents of other by the family members of the affected?  If any  judgements  in relation to this available ,please provide by link ,number etc.

One of my friend filed a divorce case in a family court at a place where the husband and wife last stayed together. The opposite party failed to submit the reply even after a lapse of one year. Now the opposite party have filed a transfer petition in the Honourable Supreme Court  for shifting the case to another state ie the state of opposite party. Opposite party also filed a DV petion against my friend .The DV Petition is filed with the intention of getting support/ strengthening the transfer petition case. DV Petition filed after one year from the date of filing of the Divorce petition. My friend has already lost more than one year as the opposite party never submitted any reply to the petition filed by him. Is there any provision for speeding up the Transfer Petition in the Honourable SC .Is there any judgements related to speeding up of Transfer petition available If so the judgement number may please be given.

Whether a  married  person (male or female)  whose divorce case under process can give matrimonial advertisement ,with the remark ’’Divorce Proceedings under process” in Matrimonial Web sites  and News Papers? If this is against law kindly provide supporting judgements in this regard.Whether a  married  person (male or female)  whose divorce case under process can give matrimonial advertisement ,with the remark ’’Divorce Proceedings under process” in Matrimonial Web sites  and News Papers? (a) It is possible but futile, especially if filed by boy.

(b) "Already lost one year"? Long legal journey from here. It will be "Already lost ten years?" before you know. Sorry. Go for mutual through discussions or ruin both lives.

(c) Yes. In fact, matrimonial websites give option "Awaiting divorce" when couples create profiles.

Lakhs of people are doing it already.  Nothing wrong in searching for partner while divorce case is going on.  It is not against Law of land.  You cant do anything about it or to stop the person from doing it.  If everything goes well, marriage is good.  Nothing is proper, anything related wont have much value.
