Cheating case

Sir,

I have filed a cheating case against two guys and police has filed the chargesheet against two. One was arrested under bail, Other guy was mentioned in charge sheet  as fleed the place  and hence not arrested.. The guy is presently working in Saudi.. 

Please advise what I could do further to bring this guy also for trial in front of court

You may have to exert pressure on Police to summon him through his parents or household members  or to declare him as proclaimed offender and further action as envisaged by law to be initiated.

you have top give application to declare him PO.

Police is not taking any interest to summon him as they say the case is under court consideration.  How we can approach court to issue lookout notice against him
