There is a registered charitable trust with 3 family memebers as its trustees. One of the family members who is a trustee and treasurer wants to resign.
1. How to go about doing these changes?
2. Can the trust then exist with 2 members - a chairman and a secretary cum treasurer

Nile for that
1) u need to give public notice in local news paper.
2) U can do continue with existing members or make arrangement for other voluntary membership.
