charge on immovable property

Hi, I need help with this...

a person has a charge on the immovable property of his debtor, debtor is avoiding the court and  now there are no where abouts of him, all cases go eparte. what is the shortest and best way to recover the dues?

Its eight years since the dues are pending and the person has absconded.
