I have been charged with IPC 323 and IPC 341, when I was caught in a brawl with a shop-owner who cheated me off money. I have registed countr-charges against him for inititiating the fight.
The problem is, I have received a job offer from Cognizant, and I cannot afford to lose this job offer. But the court case is still pending. I have already appeared in court, and my local lawyer says that the case will not be resolved in a long time.
Please help me. I have a family to support. I cannot lose this job offer.
