My wife's relation gifted his to properties to my 1) Father-in-Law, 2) Brother-in-Law, 3) Sister-in-Law and 4) to my wife by way of unregistered will in 1985 since he dont have any other relations. After death of the person who gifted the properties Sl. No. 1 to 4 were acquired the properties and still enjoying by respective owners. Sl. No. 1 and 3 were changed their property titles within 5 years and got their Patta and Chitta adangal in their names by producing the death certified and Unregistered Will with the concerned authorities. Sl. No. 2 and 4 were not changed their titles and still in the donor's name. When Sl No. 2 and 4 approached the concerned authorities to change the names and get Patta and Chitta adangal, they refused to do so with the unregistered will. Sl. No. 2 and 4 are paying tax for the properties and the receipt contains donors name as owner and indicated that the tax paid by the Sl. No. 2 & 4. How to change the title name and get Patta and Chitta adangal in the name of Sl. No. 2 & 4.
