Change of name in ssc

hello sir I am SAKETI MUNNISRI. i have completed my ssc in 2009. i am facing problm with my surname, it misprinted on my certificate as SAKATI MUNNISRI and it was continued tii my btech. so please suggest me a solution for correction of my surname and remaining all proofs are with saketi munnisri please suggest me. thanku

Yes you would need to have an affidavit but in addition to that you will need to provide your original birth certificate.
