My name is A.shareef kumar, I am doing CA IPCC, I am living in Andhra Pradesh, now I want change my name as sanjeev kumar sreeram. Please tell me the procedure for change of name in Andhra Pradesh and how much amount will incure for this, woh much time will take for this.

You can change the name by submitting an application form into the govt. press office near Chanchalguda prison. First you obtain police clearance certificate from cyberabad police commisionerate. Submit the same at MRO (Tahasildar office) at your residential jurisdiction. Obtain MRO certificate and submit the same in the govt. press for Govt. Gazette notification. All these work takes atleast one month time. and spend the fee accordingly.
