My child is 7 years old, born in delhi, in his birth certificate XYZ name is written, but in school we have changed to some other name. now how to change first name in birth certificate. child parents are divorced but child is using his father surname.
plz advice, it is very URGENT

Published the declaration in two news papers with affidavit, it will be sufficient to change the name.
