I have a land in Lucknow and I want to transfer my land to my educational society in which, Iam also Manager/Secretary the society is exemted by IT deptt. in Section 12 A (Charitable Trust/society). Is it possible for us to transfer the land to my society with minimal stamp duty and have a clause that land must be used forever for educational purpose if it is not used in educational purpose then it should be return back to my family of my self.

such condition can be imposed only if there is a gift of land.
