Change father's name in certificates

Just easy.

Made a Affidavit of change the Name in Complete Form.

Publishe in a News paper.

On this behalf PAN Card issuing authority will change the name from PAN card.

Send these documents to Passport Office, Passport office will issue new Passport with new name.

Now You can use that as you desire.
