Hi,
A few days back, a person claiming to be from Municipal corporation visited my house and went to check the water tank at terrace. He mentioned that the water is contaminated and has mosquito larvae. He also mentioned that a Challan will be sent to us.
I want to know if it is possible to check and issue challan without having a proper sample collection and supportive test reports of authorized lab.?
If it happens, what action can be taken?
