I owned a agricultural property in lucknow,When I purchased this land there was chakmarg of 16 feet which was encroached by that person, though he has no interest in that chakmarg and he is holding his full land and that chakmarg has to be used for passage.
What grounds I have to get relief.
Revenue Department has not taken any action till the date.
