Sirs,
I have purchased a flat from a gentleman as per agreed price by availing loan. but while registration original of one POA is lost by the seller and he assured to search and give back to me. my loan sanctioning authorities also didn't mind the missing of original and they accepted with certified copy. I proceeded the registration as per the assurance by the gentleman. Now, he refuses to talk about the missed document as the agreement over. I have not any written proof that he has not given the particular (missed) document. can I file a suit for compensation against the seller?. Anyone pls suggest. Thanks in advance
