Sir...I have taken a loan of rs 19 lacs from sbi in 2012 to purchse truck.present outstanding amount is rs 16.5 lacs.due to slump in transport businness I m unable to pay loan on time.what action bank can take.whether my personal property can also be used to settle the loan..or only truck can be taken by the bank to recover the loan.my loan is covered under cgtmse scheme.I m geti presure from the bank.my acnt wil become npa on 10 march 2014.plz help me.what shud I do
