Cgit jurisdiction for labour disputes

Hello.. All I am terminited from cpsu on 7 days absence from duty when I was posted at guwahati, where as company h o is at bangalore. After Foc from Alc guwahati based on my request labour ministry has referred case to cgit bangalore instead of guwahati since company do not have any establishment at guwahati and secondly I am resident of bangalore. My case has come to evidence stage at bangalore, now cpsu has raised objections with sc case references the case will be at jurisdiction of guwahati not bangalore, I am surprised how can central Labour ministry not aware of case jurisdiction, even after my self request the ministry referring case to bangalore is misleading me? Now if it is true I have file fresh case at guwahati?
