Cessed building a category mumbai 1. property documents 2. civil suit

The Landlord has only one document i.e. Partnership Retirement Deed (outgoing 9 partners incoming 3 partners). Does this sole document entitle him to prove his title of Property as he has not changed/3 partners name has not been updated in the Property Card. Question 1. Is he the legal owner/landlord of the property 2. 2 He has filed a civil suit in Small Causes Court for eviction mentioning 9 documents to support but submitted only the Partnership Retirement Deed 3. Will the Judge dismiss the case as he is not eligible to file a suit as his property documents are not proper

If landlord is not having sufficient document to prove his case which he referred in the case then court will certainly dismiss the case. However I have to go through all docuements in order to advice in the matter.
