Certified Order Copies from High Court

My 498 & DVC petitions from lower court got quashed in AP High court.My lawyer is not responding to get the order copies from High court to submit in the Lower court for closure of cases. What is the procedure to to get the order copies and certified copies from High court as .'Party in Person'. Thanks in advance

in the high court there will be issuing section from there you have to check with the relevant court section wheater the order was ready and if ready you can take being a party in the case

and no lawyer will do such act because there is no use by keeping the order copy with a lawyer as the order copy takes minimum one week after Pronouncement of the order or some thing is pending you have to pay to your lawyer

You have to file an application to In-charge Copying Department of the HC as per Format along with the Prescribed Fee and you can get the same within 7-10 days.

Thanks Mahesh.Cases got quashed long back and am able to see the Online Order Copies too.I respect my lawyer very much as he is the only Professional and Good Guy i came across through out my entire Episode.
