Central govt deceased pensioner is divorcee.

My father was pensionor, central government employee. He was divorced. He is deceased now, my mother is not getting pension due to being divorced.  Does I being daughter entitled to get pension, even after my marriage, as mother is not getting pension due to divorced.  They are denying pension to both.  Can i file a case.
